What are the chances?

Yesterday, I was looking forward to my last fast workout before running the World 100k Championships in Holland (in 10 days!!!), and a few weird things happened during the run.  I had to avoid a skunk on the trail - didn't want to have to deal with that!  But the weirdest thing was: I was waiting in my car for my running group, and when Steve pulled up, I noticed that he was wearing an outfit that was similar to mine (blue tank top, black shorts, blue shoes).  We automatically started joking around that we planned it, etc.  Then George got out of his car - wearing the same outfit as us.  And next, Andrew joined us - same outfit.  We had to get a pic.  What are the chances?  We are unintentionally dressed the same like running dorks :)  Go team blue shirt, black shorts!

  1. The best part is the blue shoes! Although George apparently didn't get that memo. Hope the workout went well and you're feeling confident about your race!

  2. Sharon and I definitely should have been there as well with our blue shirt and black shorts worn on Thursday's run. We messed up the days.

  3. Yeah, we had a case of the blues, cool blues that is! You might say that we "blue" it! Or okay, you might say that this happens once in a blue moon?

  4. STEVE!

There is a strict "no-puns" rule on this blog. You'll have to run some extra km's at our next practice to make up for it :)

  5. Yes, Steve, extra kms as your "pun"ishment.

  6. Hilarious! Goes to show you start becoming like the people you spend a lot of time around.
