We had the wonderful opportunity to travel to the island where my Mom was born - Santa Maria in the Azores. We made the trip from July 1-15, 2015. Travelling with my Mom, Grandma, husband, and 3 kids - it was and adventure. We stayed in my Mom's family's beach house overlooking the ocean.
